The problem

A lean clinical operations team was running the study in spreadsheets. Sites, visits, queries, and documents had no single place to live, and the software on offer wasn't built for a team that size.

What we built

A user-friendly, automated system for the whole trial: sites, visits, queries, documents, and audit history. Part 11-aware, sized to keep the operation efficient.

Where it landed

In production with the study team. Costs 75% less to own than licensing other CTMS software.

The problem

Knowledge sat with a few senior attorneys and in fragmented digital assets all over the place. Commercial AI was off the table due to sensitive client material and the nature of the work.

What we built

An AI assistant with retrieval over their own corpus, in their control. Every answer cites a source.

Where it landed

Associates use it on live matters to speed up work by 2-3x. Client files are safe, secure, and never leave the firm.

Documents needed to be pulled daily from many different portals and consolidated into a single spreadsheet. Staff opened every portal, downloaded and combined all fields manually.

A daily AI-powered automation that pulls from every portal, combines the fields, and writes one spreadsheet. Traditional automation verifies the AI work to ensure accuracy.

The spreadsheets are done and sent to all agents daily. Nobody opens the portals by hand.

Each practice had their own intake forms. Onboarding forms and engagement letters were manually sent and inconsistent.

What we built

An automated & unified web app that handles all intake and routing from clients. AI-assisted form filling and translations across different languages make it easy for them to serve multiple client types and languages.

Where it landed

A process the groups use every day now. No more manually sending forms and letters. No more manually filling out forms. No more manually translating documents.
